Ronin Resources - The Plan for Now.
I’ve just stepped into a role with Ronin Resources as its Country Manager for Argentina. Here’s a quick rundown of why, from a personal perspective.
Ronin Resources: $RON.AX
Ronin Resources Ltd (ASX: RON) is an Australian mineral exploration company with a portfolio of projects across Argentina, Canada, and Colombia.
As soon as I saw Pampa Metals President and CEO Joe van den Elsen move Ronin Resources (where he holds the role as Chairman) into San Juan, Argentina, one big thought popped into my head:
I’d love to get involved here.

I’ve said this before on here when I first invested in Pampa Metals, Joe’s exactly the type of person you want running a junior exploration company—fluent in Spanish, well-connected in the region, and known for running a tight operation. I’ve heard from more than one person that a few big players in the industry sent him in to “clean up” a company.
That’s exactly what he’s done with Pampa Metals so far. Let’s be honest, that was no small task if you’re familiar with its history.
This time, the starting point is much stronger. Ronin is sitting on $3 million in cash (around $3.5 million now after their latest small raise) and has a rock-solid register featuring Tolga Kumova, Tim Neesham (CPS Capital Group), Joe (Chairman), Anthony Manini, and Faldi Ismail (Kaai Capital). It’s ASX-listed—which is a huge advantage if you’re familiar with the space.
As for me, my role as Country Manager, well I’m only a day in, but it will involve boots on the ground (geology) and spreading awareness. I’m heading to San Juan this weekend to dive into the details, share the full story with you all, put my money on the line, and work to make something happen in my adopted home of Argentina.
It’s pretty straightforward—the next 6 months will be very interesting. We’re extremely active in San Juan, constantly looking for new opportunities, and I’m excited to see what we can put together.
It goes without saying (but still needs to be said): This is mineral exploration, after all, and anything can happen. True to the theme of this publication, I’ll be documenting my progress and staying completely transparent with you all.
If you’ve got any questions, feel free to ask. There will be plenty of ongoing updates about Ronin right here.
Cheers,

So…Joe runs both Pampa and Ronin?
